Pay Per Click advertising is one of the few paid advertisement tools that business people see as a guaranteed move. As they say, this tool gets to have the payback in the soonest time. Pay Per Click is not a new tool to most advertisers. In fact, this marketing instrument has been on the business for quite some time. The only that makes business people shy away from this is because of the cost that they have to shoulder. Nonetheless, as competition grows, its drawback has been set aside and thus far making it better in the promotional industry.

Back in 2003 when I first discovered pay-per-click search engines (PPCs) I was so exited because I found it hard and very time consuming to try to optimize my website for the search engines. I thought that PPCs were a true blessing, and a very effective alternative to search engine optimization. For two years I used pay-per-click search engines as my primary way of driving traffic to my websites.
I started out with Overture (now Yahoo Search), Findwhat (now Miva), and when Google Adwords came out I used it exclusively. Fast forward to 2007, now everyone is using PPCs as their main source of traffic generation, but the costs of keywords are way too high now.
